Avian Histopathology - Third Edition (2008)

$75.00US plus S/H

Edited by O. Fletcher

Materials Order Page

The third edition of Avian Histopathology is organized by body system.  The number of images is increased from previous editions to 760 images, and in the 3rd edition all images are in color. This manual emphasizes the recognition of both basic responses of avian tissues to injury and the patterns of response. Most of the images come from poultry diseases, but some pet avian material is included. Reference material is provided as additional readings. The third edition is edited by Oscar Fletcher with Tahseen Abdul-Aziz as the associate editor. John Barnes and H.L Shivaprasad are authors of several of the 14 chapters. Susan Williams authored the chapter on skeletal muscle.
