Epidemiology Committee

Mission Statement

The mission of the AAAP epidemiology committee shall be to foster the use of sound epidemiological principles to issues relating to poultry health. This can best be accomplished via education of the membership on advances in epidemiology relevant to poultry diseases, food safety, public health, and/or studies of interest to the poultry industry. Additionally, the committee may apply such principles to issues of interest to the membership for the purposes of surveys and guidelines in cooperation with other AAAP committee as identified.
