Travel Arrangements
Book airfare by filling out a Travel Request Form and clicking “SUBMIT FORM” to send via email to [email protected]. If you would prefer, you can also call Travelex at 800-882-0499 to book your travel arrangements. AVMA staff is not permitted to make or adjust your airline reservations.
