AAAP Membership Dues Increase - Effective 2026
Starting in 2026, AAAP membership dues will increase to accommodate inflation-related expenses and ensure continued support for our profession.
- Full and Associate Member Dues: Increasing from $220/year (2025) to $250/year (2026)
- Student Member Dues: Increasing from $20/year (2025) to $25/year (2026)
At the January 2025 Board of Directors Meeting, the AAAP Board carefully considered this decision, recognizing the importance of maintaining the association's ability to serve its members effectively. This is the first dues increase since 2015, and it was made with thoughtful deliberation to compensate for inflation related increased expenses within the association to ensure AAAP can continue addressing the evolving needs of the poultry profession and its members.
The association is grateful for its member support. It's thanks to the outstanding volunteers within association serving on committees, task forces, and other leadership roles that the AAAP can continually strive towards our mission: to facilitate member collaboration, to advance science-based knowledge, expertise, and education on poultry health, welfare, and food safety.
Finally, we would like to remind all of our members of all the member benefits offered to them for being a full, associate, or student member of this association. For additional information, we encourage you to visit our website at: https://aaap.info
Thank you for being a valued part of AAAP!
Next Steps
Starting now and for the next 30 days, the AAAP Board of Directors would like to hear AAAP member's comments on the proposed changes. All comments will be visible to all members. After the comment period is up, the Board of Directors will view comments from membership and use member feedback to finalize the new AAAP member dues increases that will be implemented for 2026.
Glad that Student dues are not increasing too much. $30 is not too bad an increase.
Sounds reasonable and likely overdue if the last increase was in 2015
Meh. $30 a year increase after a 10 year hiatus isn't going to break the bank.
