Registration for optional items:

  • The AAAP Awards Banquet will be held on Thursday, July 11th, 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Tickets for this event cost $30.00 and can be purchased as an item in the registration form.

  • The 2024 AAAP Women’s Network Event: If You Think You Suck, You’re Probably Wrong with Dr. Cherie Buisson, DVM, CHPV is an additional ticketed event on July 9th, 12:00PM to 1:00PM. Tickets for this event cost $20.00 for regular attendees or $10.00 for students and can be purchased as an item in the registration form. All AAAP members are welcome and encouraged to register. Please contact the AAAP office if ticket prices present a hardship for you. 

  • Don't forget to buy tickets for the Annual AAAP Foundation Raffle. Raffle tickets are $10 each or 5 tickets for $40 unless otherwise marked. This year's prizes include:

    • A Maine Shore Clambake Gram for Two donated by Biochek

Abstract Submission

The deadline for regular abstract submissions was February 1, 2024. The AAAP is no longer accepting abstract submissions.  You will be notified of your submission status on March 17th, 2024. If you have any questions, please contact the AAAP business office at [email protected] or 904-425-5735.

  • You must be a AAAP member to submit an abstract. Join AAAP if you are not already a member.
  • Posters should be no bigger than 4’ by 4’
  • Any changes you would like to make to your submission must be submitted through our change request form.

Exhibitors and Sponsorship

Become an Exhibitor

Tabletop Exhibits will be open Tuesday, July 9, through Thursday, July 11. Exhibitors will feature state-of-the-art products and services related to the advancement of research. At the exhibits, attendees will have a first-hand opportunity to talk with exhibitors and examine and learn about the products and services they offer. Please note that exhibitors who also provide sponsor support will be recognized at the sponsor level that reflects their combined sponsor amount and their exhibit fee. The fee to exhibit at the meeting is $1,000.

Transportation

The following transportation options are accessible at the major St. Louis airports: St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL), MidAmerica St. Louis Airport (BLV), Spirit of St. Louis Airport and St. Louis Downtown Airport.

Light Rail (MetroLink)

MetroLink, the St. Louis metropolitan region's light rail system, offers multiple lines and stops through St. Louis County and City and the Metro East, stopping at or near many of St. Louis attractions.Beginning at St. Louis Lambert International Airport, MetroLink stretches 48 miles through Missouri and Illinois and includes stops at 37 stations, including one stop just a short five-minute walk away from the St. Louis Union Station Hotel. Trains usually run every seven minutes during peak hours, and every 10 minutes throughout the rest of the day, and every 15 minutes or so on weeknights. 

Advance fare is required. Purchase a ticket at the Ticket Vending Machines located at any MetroLink station or through the Transit app. A general one-way ride costs $2.50. Buses (MetroBus and Greyhound)

The MetroBus system operates over 70 routes in Missouri and Illinois with nearly 400 buses. Many MetroBus routes connect directly with MetroLink stations. To plan your trip, use the MetroBus online Trip PlannerGoogle Transit or download the Metro On The Go app (available on the App Store and Google Play) and plan your trip from your mobiledevice. Peterson III Visitors Center, The Blue Room, and Gem Theater.
