The American Association of Avian Pathologists (AAAP) office is handling the registration and receiving submitted abstracts. You will be required to log in so that the AAAP can automatically confirm receipts of registration and abstracts. You do not need to be a member of the AAAP to register for the Symposium.

If you need to apply for a visa to enter the USA, you are encouraged to send in the abstract and registration as early as possible. The Scientific Committee will then advise you that your abstract has been accepted for either an oral presentation or abstract. This confirmation will be important to support your visa application. You can delay your registration until you receive your visa but keep in mind the cut-off date for early registration fees is May 15, 2024.

Please note that the Annual Meeting of the AAAP will be directly preceding the symposium, held from July 9 through July 11 in the same hotel. We encourage you to attend both meetings! Information about registration and abstract submission will be posted on the 2024 AAAP Annual Meeting website here:

2024 AAAP Annual Meeting

Note that the registration and abstract submission are separate and deadlines for the AAAP meeting will be different from the deadlines for the 14th International Symposium.

Please feel to contact us if you need any additional information of if you have questions about the symposium.

We are looking forward to meeting you next year in St. Louis!
