2027 AAAP/PSA Annual Meeting Symposia Submissions are LIVE!

Submit Symposia

Submissions for the AAAP and the Poultry Science Association 2027 Annual Meeting in Fort Worth, TX are now being accepted! AAAP and PSA will use the same submission platform, Oxford Abstracts.

Symposia are the scientific centerpiece of the Annual Meeting and are scheduled in premier meeting rooms and time slots. These sessions should provide an integrated and comprehensive examination of a timely topic with broad interest to the poultry science community. We encourage AAAP Members to submit symposia that combine both AAAP and PSA ideals.

Symposia may be 2, 3, or 4 hours in length. Sessions longer than two hours must include a 30-minute break, scheduled to begin exactly two hours after the symposium starts (e.g., an 8:00 AM symposium must break from 10:00–10:30 AM). Individual presentations are typically 30–40 minutes.

 Each proposal must include:

  • Symposium title and brief description (maximum 800 characters)

  • Presentation title for each speaker

  • Speaker name, affiliation, and email address

  • Length of each presentation

  • Anticipated expenses (if applicable)

  • Anticipated sponsorship revenue

Symposium abstracts will be due on February 28, 2027.
